THESE GUYS DID AN INCREDIBLE JOB! I called another body shop first and asked to schedule an estimate and they told me they were booked out for 3 months. So I called doctor's touch and talked to Eric. He said I can bring it in now and he would give me a free estimate.And we scheduled to get it repaired in 3 days. They ordered the parts, got everything they needed in just a week. Jay and Eric were both incredible to work with. These guys got the job done in incredible time and the work was perfect. Thanks, guys!

WORD TO THE WISE; Customer service is terrible! Quoted a price and promised my truck back within 5 days. 10 days later, it still wasn't ready. I made calls the 2nd week to ck on the status, Erik promised to ck on it and call me back with an ETA. ...no call. I called back, I was told Erik was in a meetingAnother man said he would ck as he had no idea what was going on. No return call again :( I called again next day...I said I wanted to get my truck, I wanted it back even if it wasn't done, I didn't trust them anymore. I was told it would be ready and to come pick it up at 5:15.... When I got there, I took my keys to ck the gas mileage on my truck because they had it longer than estimated. As I did so, a man followed me out to the truck with a cell phone in his ear, stating he would call the police. I ckd the work they did, what was done regarding the quote told to me wasn't done. (Dishonest, I should've got any agreements in writing that were agreed to after the initial written quote)The guy kept yelling at me to not touch the paint (which I clearly was not doing) I wanted to verify the work. I paid the bill to be told they were charging me an extra $175 for a rush order! RUSH ORDER?! they were late! THEN the man had the audacity to tell me if I didn't pay the bill ( which AT NO time did I say I wasn't) that they will keep the truck and sell it within the week!!! He kept telling me the truck looked good, even though that wasn't the issue. The work promised wasn't the work delivered and the way a customer is treated is terrible!!!Updated response:Wow...seriously? ..lol, no one was ever threatened. Glad you have cameras. Too bad your customer service is subpar
